Angie Dowds discovered her passion for training over fifteen years ago and made the decision to be the best personal trainer she could be. Since then she has consistently been building and adding to her repertoire of training methods, knowledge of nutrition and even mind coaching in order to deliver the highest standard of health and fitness to her clients.

Angie wanted to revamp her exisiting website and increase her awareness following 2 successful series of "The Biggest Loser UK" on UK Living TV and receiving the award of Personal Trainer of the Year 2006.

Angie is now running a nationally accredited and REPS approved kettlebell certification programme of courses and has been chosen as the exclusive provider for kettlebell training to Fitness First.
