Implementation of Manugistics 6.1 NetWORKS Demand and Fulfilment

  • Develop project plans and align resources

The implementation of Manugistics was an integral part of a European Business System project involving SAP R3 Retail, SAP Mobile, SAP CRM, SAP Vendor Portal and an internet based catalogue. However, it was expected to deliver the biggest financial benefits by eliminating duplicate safety stock coverage across the major European distribution centres.
